Runtime error

When I try to run the java programs I get this error message:
Registry key 'Software\JavaSoft\Java Runtime Environment\CurrentVersion' has value '1.2', but '1.3' is required.
Error: could not find java.dll
Error: could not find Java 2 Runtime Environment.

I have installed jdk1.3 and j2sdkee1.2. I also have installed Jbuilder and under that directory I have again jdk1.2.2.
